Training Our Employees

At Siza Water we believe that training is one of the most important investments we make in our workforce and presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all our employees. With our training and development programs our employees are given opportunities to grow within the company and great learning experiences make for a happier workforce.

Skills Development Programs

As one of our skills development initiatives we commenced a learnership program in 2015 and have many success stories amongst the ranks who are proof of Siza’s philosophy and commitment to training our people. This program has been a great success thus far and together with our commitment to improve the lives of our employees, as well as the people within the community we serve, we will continue with this worthy program which not only enhances Siza Water, but the South African economy as a whole.
