Application for service (water and wastewater) connection and opening of Siza Water account can be made by contacting our friendly staff. Each applicant will be required to complete an Application for Services.
What documents do I need if I am a new owner?
Copy of Identity Document or Passport.
Copy of Registration Deed document or CK document.
Letter from attorneys confirming transfer of ownership. Company documents (copy with proxy/resolution).
Close Corporation, Company & Trustees to complete Suretyship.
VAT registration number.
Owner is required to complete the application.
Proxy required if signing on behalf of the owner.
Only authorised person to sign the Application for Services.
I am building; what would I need?
An Application for New Services to be completed, thereafter an investigation will be lodged before the meter can be installed. Documents needed before investigation and payment:
Copy of Identity Document or Passport or Company Documents.
Deed of sale or Letter from attorneys confirming transfer of ownership.
Proxy required if signing on behalf of the owner.
Stand Map.
Owner required to complete the Application for New Services.
Pay the applicable connection cost and deposit after investigation has been completed.
When will there be water at my property?
On receipt of your application, Siza Water will conduct a site investigation to determine an estimate of cost for your connection; thereafter we endeavour to provide you with a quotation within 10 working days for your approval.
Upon receipt of your signed quotation and the full payment (which includes your connection fee and security deposit), Siza Water will commence with your connection which should take up to 10 working days for a Standard Connection. A Non Standard Connection will be determined on the availability of material.
